Local Hartford non-profit now accepting applications for unpaid Spring and Summer 2011 Website and Online Organizing Internship
Provide online communications support for the American Lung Association including updating our websites, editing graphics and multimedia, sending online communications and updating and organizing on social networking sites. Position reports to Regional Director, Data & Technology. Candidates should have good computer skills and be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, active on social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and YouTube. Website editing and programming experience preferred but not essential. Graphics, web and multimedia editing experience, good organizational skills and detail-oriented and able to work in a team but also with initiative to work on your own.

Minimum Requirements:
Intern hours are flexible to work around your school schedule, although candidates should be available for a minimum of 8 hours per week.
