Description:
· Assess and improve an existing process, which collects major project information for World Headquarters reporting purposes, and provides access to major project references for the global sales organization.
· Conduct internal research to determine internal customer requirements for major project information.
· Analyze internal customer requirements for major project information and present research findings with a proposal for a revised process and solution.
· Work with product strategy, communications and IT to implement the revised process and solution.
· Regularly assess project status and amend as appropriate to incorporate customer feedback.
· Create a project plan for further extension of the solution to include broader information requests, in addition to major projects.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess process effectiveness.
· Ability to work cross culturally and cross functionally.
· International experience (work or study)
· Enjoy collecting data.
· Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
· Self motivated and presents a positive attitude in dealing with customers and co-workers.
· Good knowledge of mathematics, statistics and business processes
Education:
· Pursuing bachelors degree in marketing, business, or communications.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), paid summer internship.
