Description:
The social media intern will be responsible for growing our facebook, twitter and various other social media audience. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Handle rocktheaisle.com Facebook and Twitter accounts
- Formulate and implement contests via social media
- Reach out to our followers on a daily basis
- Review, analyze and present analytic reports to measure our social media endeavors
- Assist in organizing and writing the Rock the Aisle weekly E newsletter
- Be present for collaborative morning meetings with staff
- Bring forth new ideas to enhance the marketing/promoting of rocktheaisle.com
Minimum Requirements:
Requirements of the Social Media intern are as follows:
- Understand and utilize Facebook, Twitter
- Understand the need and the way for two-way communication among followers
- Be able to distinguish a voice for our social media outlets
- Can work with a team and individually
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of blogs, e newsletters, social media contests and Wordpress are desired but not necessary
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-2pm
