Description:
Depending upon the type of internship, primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to: registering
and checking-out guests, cashier, hotel switch board operator, front-office operations, information and services. They also keep records of room assignments and other registration-related information in our computer system. Services Reps will be responsible for checking on guests and groups throughout
their stay and assisting guests in any issues or additional arrangements. Other tasks and special project may be assigned as the intern progresses.
Minimum Requirements:
Some college required, specific majors of: hospitality management, business, marketing are a plus.
Must have a working knowledge of basic office functions.
