Hands-on recruiting using tools and methods provided by AFLAC

Attending various interview sessions, training modules, and current employee meetings to gain an inside perspective of the inner workings of AFLAC's initial training process for new agents

Providing insight and developing future platforms for recruiting from a district coordinator level and beyond

Improving career opportunity awareness via various methods of online recruiting
Customer Service experience:
1. Hands-on experience dealing with claims, billing issues, servicing questions
2. Face-to-face interaction with clients to see first-hand why AFLAC agents love what they do
Sales/Marketing experience:

Preparation of materials for various marketing events and for enrollments

Instruction and coaching for prospecting calls

Using networking and centers of influence to reach an audience

Understanding the values of AFLAC's marketing strategies and their impact
