Description:

The overall purpose of this assignment is to provide job search assistance for a discrete number of executives who are in transition. This could either be executives who have been outplaced from local employers or those who are still employed but interested in making a move, although in no current danger. Major Activities: 1.Conduct a variety of research including on-line, telephone and networking to identify potential job opportunities and networking contacts for outplacement and career concierge clients, mostly executive. 2. Work directly with executives to understand their job targets and skill sets, develop a target list of employers and research the list to identify appropriate contacts. Leverage social networking and job sites as well as company web sites and employer databases to assist in identifying contacts and critical information. 3.Document the job application activity of assigned executives and periodically report on progress.

Minimum Requirements:

 Strong research skills especially on-line and internet-based. Knowledge of social networking sites like LinkedIn and job boards such as Indeed.com, Ladders, etc.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including business writing skills, a professional telephone manner and active listening skills. Interest in career management, HR/talent management or outplacement  Facility with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other office software Some HR experience, especially corporate, professional or executive recruiting Sales, either inside or outside
