Description:
Take the lead on the development of specific products used to support ETS talent management services. For this particular assignment, the project would be to create a professional manual/book for use in executive coaching, specifically for the on-boarding of new executives.
Major Activities:
1. Review current materials for consolidation and integration.
2. Conduct a variety of research including on-line, telephone and networking to identify best practices and additional content to be added/upgraded.
3. Manage the end-to-end process of producing and reproducing the material including creating initial documents, designing and creating samples and worksheets, assembling notebooks, and designing and drafting new materials.
4. Complete a finished, reproducible workbook for use with corporate clients. Work with and/or manage the use of any outside vendors who might be used.
Minimum Requirements:
Capabilities and Qualifications:
Strong research skills and the ability to identify critical information from the large volume available.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including business writing skills, a professional telephone manner and active listening skills.
Basic knowledge of HR practices
Interest in executive coaching, talent management and/or career management
Facility with Word, PowerPoint, and to a lesser extent Excel, and other office software including good keyboard skills.
Business savvy
Previous business experience demonstrating knowledge of what's practical based on the theoretical.
