Description:
Not-for-Profit Social Service Community-based organization. Large division which manages budgets for and supports individuals with disabilities living in the community. Hours flexible. Internship opportunities may include: Assisting Financial Services Director and outside consultants with daily support, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of network and desktop hardware and software, computer systems and peripherals. May document hardware and software systems. May support and maintain user account administration, security and network structure.

 

Minimum Requirements:
Desktop and/or network support experience using Microsoft technologies is desired. Experience in any of the following areas would be considered a plus: Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows XP, etc.) Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Windows 2003 Server, etc.) Network Infrastructure Components (Firewalls, Routers, Switches) Customer Support Spyware Network and desktop infrastructure design
