Local Hartford non-profit now accepting applications for unpaid Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Finance Internships
Interns will be responsible for analyzing data and reports to present on trends, demographic info, revenue and expense. Create charts and graphs to allow management to plan for future quarters, tweak infrastructure and systems and focus marketing and advertising investments. Create presentations and forecasts on economic and demographic indicators. Learn how to gather, analyze and report on data necessary to run a nonprofit. Intern will report directly to the Vice President of Finance. Intern will have a flexible schedule so as not to conflict with individual's school schedule. Ideal candidate should be pursuing a Finance, Marketing Research or Economics degree.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should be available to work a minimum of 8-20 hours per week and available for events that occur during that time period.
