Premise Corporation, based in Farmington, Connecticut, provides the most intuitive and clinically-focused Patient Flow Solutions available in the healthcare industry. A small but fast growing company, Premise was most recently named to Deloitte's prestigious 2007 Technology Fast 50 Program for Connecticut. The company is now seeking a telemarketing intern to assist our Sales and Marketing Team. Job Description:
Make cold calls to hospitals with 200+ beds.
Identify hospitals with plans for development of facilities.
Complete the necessary documents to pass to Director, Business Development
Maintain and update SalesForce.com with information based on calls made; look to update with new information and correct/replace invalid data.
Support the Director, Business Development in maintaining ongoing relationships with prospective clients once a qualified project has been identified. This may include attending subsequent meetings and presentations.
Utilize individual skills and abilities on various administrative tasks, as and when needed. Highlights: Paid Internship - $10.00 per hour Location: Farmington, Connecticut Duration: 12 weeks

 

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications: 1. Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing and listening. 2. Must have prior experience in a working environment - preferably in the healthcare industry or a marketing department, but this is not essential. 3. Excellent telecommunication skills. Confident manner. 4. Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office. 5. Ability to learn quickly and to develop an understanding of potential Clients' requirements in relation to the services Premise Corporation can offer. 6. A self-motivated individual with ability to take initiative and to work on their own as well as in a team. 7. Ability to offer ideas for improvement.
