Things to remember when applying for an Internship.

Responsibilities:
Write letters, articles, and promotional copy
Provide marketing administrative assistance as needed
Coordinate and distribute promotional materials to branches
Coordinate and process business & civic sponsorship requests.
Use PC for data entry, spreadsheets, reports and letters related to marketing activities
Assist marketing staff with promotions, programs, and mailings as needed
Organize and maintain marketing storeroom and literature archives
Perform content updates on Credit Union web site and employee intranet
Coordinate projects with internal staff and external vendors as needed
Perform miscellaneous duties as needed

 

Minimum Requirements:
College student in good academic standing Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to operate a personal computer with a high level of proficiency Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Working knowledge of Microsoft FrontPage Ability to operate a fax, scanner, calculator, and copier Some local travel required (less than 10%) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally)
