Description:
CertaPro Painters is North America's largest and most referred painting company (see our website certapro.com/bobkneen) and we are looking for marketing help from March-September in the Fairfield/Trumbull area. We train and mentor our associates to ensure that they are successful in generating business for our company and income for themselves. Tasks performed in this position vary but basically the position involves approaching homeowners at their home with our professionally designed marketing materials and capturing homeowners name/address if they are interested in having our estimators look at some work around the house. Hours: This position is somewhat flexible but mainly we work:
Monday-Thursday 2-7 PM
Saturday from 10 AM- 2 PM. For the right person we will set a customized schedule that fits both your and our needs.
Paid weekly at the rate of $10 per hour
Paid an additional $25 bonus for every estimate that you generate- most of our associates generate 2-3 leads per shift
Paid a monthly performance bonus when targets are met
Some will be selected as lead associates to drive our grassroots marketing campaigns and will receive:
additional training and compensation
gas reimbursement
additional opportunity for advancement including PT to FT

 

Minimum Requirements:

A vehicle and a valid drivers licence
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to communicate and establish repore with customers
