Description:
Assist IT Manager who maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, repairs computer systems and peripherals, including associated LAN topologies. Provides desktop support for local, LAN, & Web based applications. Documents, maintains, upgrades and replaces hardware and software systems in compliance with corporate initiatives. Supports and maintains user account administration. Knowledge of Microsoft OS's, SCO Unix, Cisco IOS preferred.
Assist IT Manager with daily support and troubleshooting of Windows 2000 and XP desktop hardware and software.
Assist IT Manager with deployment of new hardware and software as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance on computers, including spyware and virus scans as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
College juniors, seniors or graduate students who will receive course credit for the experience.
