Description:
Assist with a variety of clerical and recruitment duties and other responsibilities as needed in the Human Resources department.
Assist with office services to include filing of documents, maintain computer records, recruitment files and general files.
Arrange and prepare for orientation and professional development seminars.
Assist with New Hire packets.
Assist with recruitment filing system.
Respond to all employment inquiries in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
Major in Human Resources or Business Administration
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibility
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Access
Cooperative Attitude with a desire to learn
Available Monday through Friday
Minimum of 20 hours per week.
Internships is for 8 weeks.
