Description:
·Help with the recruiting, hiring, and training of all Games team members ·Schedule and conduct training classes for the Games department ·Evaluate selected team members performance ·Plan 2 department activities to improve team member moral and track participation ·Work with area supervisors to help determine training needs ·Help enforce behavioral standards in the Games department ·Assist in the ongoing training of our team members ·Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members ·Ensure team members are properly running games ·Complies with all safety and fire policies and procedures ·Comply with all SFNE policies and procedures ·Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
