Description:
·Supervise the efficiency of Guest Relations, cash handling sales, and audit the success of coupons
·Resolve problems for processing stations and computerized Point Of Sale equipment
·Insure accountability for Coupons, ID cards and cash bank tills on a daily basis
·Audit and evaluate GR banks on a daily basis
·Monitor and tally coupon usage
·Give appropriate change and receipts when necessary
·Identify and react to detailed areas both behind the scenes and in guests' view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
·Schedule team members and conduct cleaning duties of office
·Maintain cleanliness and safe environment of all workstations in the Admissions Department
·Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members in Lost Parents
·Comply and enforce all SFNE policies and procedures
·Attend a leadership workshop provided by the Operations and HR department
·Complete a monthly assessment meeting with a supervisor
·Complete all internship requirements for your college or university
·Complete and present a special project that makes a lasting contribution to the park
·Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
·Assist in the VIP and Historical Tour program.
Minimum Requirements:
·Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work flexible hours and weekend shifts
·Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and stand on feet for long periods of time
·Must be a US citizen or have working Visa and meet all hiring requirements of SFNE
·Must be enrolled in a credited university or learning institution
