Description:
Local Hartford non-profit now accepting applications for unpaid Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Sporting Events Internships Interns will assist in all levels of planning our annual walk and stair climb. This internship will have include phone solicitation, letter and proposal writing, research as well as site related exposure. Intern will report directly to the Walk and Stair Climb Coordinator. Internship will have a flexible schedule so as not to conflict with individual's school schedule. Candidates should be available to work a minimum of 8-20 hours per week and available for events that occur during that time period. Candidates pursuing a Communications or Marketing degree would be ideal though not required.
