* Participate in and observe first-hand the role Dietitians have in the corporate field. * Research various nutrition topics for use in: bimonthly Living Well Eating Smart newsletter, weekly and monthly newspaper columns, daily consumer e-mail inquiries. * Assist with the development of scripts on nutrition topics for media promotions. * Assist Registered Dietitian in community-consumer focused events.

 

Minimum Requirements:
* Must be at least a Sophomore in nutrition related major. * Must be able to work 10 hours per week. * Excellent communication skills. * Prefer GPA 3.0 or higher, but will consider other GPAs based on extenuating circumstances.
