Description:
· Supervise the efficiency of season pass processing, ticket counting, cash handling sales, and audit the success of coupons for the marketing area
· Supervise team member counting of seller, parking and season pass banks
· Listen to and solve guest concerns questions regarding park policy and procedures
· Troubleshoot computer problems for processing stations and computerized selling equipment
· Insure accountability, audit and evaluate seller and season pass banks on a daily basis
· Tally, record and submit all redeemed coupons on a daily basis
· Document/calculate the hourly attendance of guests visiting the park for each operating day
· Identify and react to detailed areas both behind the scenes and in guests' view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Assist with ticket sales, season pass scanning and greeting as guests enter and exit the park
· Conduct and participate in departmental audits and in-service training sessions to measure department success
· Attend a leadership workshop provided by the Operations and HR department
· Complete a monthly assessment meeting with a supervisor
· Complete all internship requirements for your college or university
· Complete and present a special project that makes a lasting contribution to the park
· Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work flexible hours and weekend shifts
· Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and stand on feet for long periods of time
· Must be a US citizen or have working Visa and meet all hiring requirements of SFNE
· Must be enrolled in a credited university or learning institution
