Description:
· Provide superior leadership to all Team Members according to park and department standards
· Oversee the activities of all Team Members within the Park Services department
· Create and administer a break and rotation schedule for all Team Members in order to comply with SFNE standards on labor laws
· Actively ensure that all Team Members are being efficient through continual supervision, follow-up, counseling, and motivation
· Responsible for the overall supervision of daily trash removal from the park, both during and after park operating hours and maintain proper discipline to support development and retention
· Identify and react to detailed areas both behind the scenes and in Guests' view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Oversee the general maintenance of all equipment to ensure that all property is properly serviced and maintained
· Ensure that all cleaning supplies are readily available by identifying and forecasting weekly needs and clean up vomit and bio spills using appropriate materials
· Attend a leadership workshop provided by the Operations and HR department
· Complete a monthly assessment meeting with a supervisor
· Complete all internship requirements for your college or university
· Complete and present a special project that makes a lasting contribution to the park
· Supervise up to 40 Team Members per shift.
· Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work flexible hours and weekend shifts
· Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and stand on feet for long periods of time
· Must be a US citizen or have working Visa and meet all hiring requirements of SFNE
· Must be enrolled in a credited university or learning institution
