Description:
· Achieve, receive, and maintain an Ellis & Associates NPWLTP re-certification license · Supervise the daily activities of each head guard · Assist with training of all positions for Aquatics Team Members · Audit skills and performance of department Team Members and head guards · Follow all delegated tasks assigned by the Operations Supervisor and Manager or as stated in the Standard Operating Procedures manual and in the Operations & Waterpark Handbooks · Coordinate and monitor training and development of head guards · Attend weekly "State of the Waterpark" meetings held by full time supervisor · Conduct weekly Head Guard meetings to disseminate/implement information to head guards · Adhere to bio-hazardous waste disposal procedures, and perform all related duties in compliance with fecal matter exposure policy · Adhere to and enforce labor laws concerning minors by auditing timesheets and managing break times with head guards · Attend a leadership workshop provided by the Operations and HR department · Complete a monthly assessment meeting with a supervisor · Complete and present a special project that makes a lasting contribution to the park · Complete all internship requirements for your college or university · Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned · Must be able to pass audits within department and the park

 

Minimum Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work flexible hours and weekend shifts · Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and stand on feet for long periods of time · Must be a US citizen or have working Visa and meet all hiring requirements of SFNE · Must be enrolled in a credited university or learning institution · Must attain a current Ellis & Associates Special Facilities NPWLTP license
