Description:
· Achieve, receive, and maintain certifications on all rides in section · Responsible for the administration of the rides training program within a given area, including the daily application and supervision of all training procedures, policies, and documentation · Ensures that proper staffing levels are maintained and assists in specialized recruiting when appropriate · Comply and enforce all SFNE policies and procedures · Create and administer a break and rotation schedule for all team members within a given area · Create a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with both Team Leads and Ride Operators; design and implement an incentive system for a given area · Actively work with Leads and team members to achieve optimum throughput on all rides · Assist supervisors in training in completing their supervisor in training checklist program · Attend a leadership workshop provided by the Operations and HR department · Complete a monthly assessment meeting with a supervisor · Complete all internship requirements for your college or university · Complete and present a special project that makes a lasting contribution to the park · Supervise up to 25 Team Members per shift. · Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

 

Minimum Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work flexible hours and weekend shifts · Be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and stand on feet for long periods of time · Must be a US citizen or have working Visa and meet all hiring requirements of SFNE · Must be enrolled in a credited university or learning institution
