Description:
· Responsible for assisting in the opening and/or closing of designated area, ordering stock, weekly inventory, stocking, Team Member motivation, and Team Member discipline.
· Responsible for reaching budgeted per cap goals.
· Compliance with and enforcement of SFNE Games cash over/short policies.
· Perform proper hourly meter drops at all Race Games and ensuring that proper drop procedures are followed.
· Ensures Games and/or back areas are clean and orderly.
· Responsible for creating visual displays in the Games in their assigned area.
· Ensures Games have enough stock and maintain appealing visual displays.
· Responsible for "on the job" training of Team Members.
· Supervise a staff of 40 to 60 Team Members on a daily basis.
· Attends Intern classes weekly and completes an assigned project by the end of the internship.
· Must be microphone trained and must demonstrate to Team Members how to use a microphone.
· Ensures all Race Games have Team Members using the microphones and spieling to Guests.
· Create and administer a break and rotation schedule for all Team Members.
· Assists in Games when necessary.
· Must be able to work in a Team environment.
· Provide excellent Guest Service and resolve any Guest's questions or issues.
· Comply with all SFNE policies and procedures.
· Act as a liaison between Games and Loss Prevention.
· Commitment to Games Department and SFNE Park standards.
· Enforce and adhere to Six Flags New England Wardrobe Policy and Grooming Guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be at least 16 years old.
· High level of enthusiasm and involvement.
· Must be willing to talk on a microphone.
· Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests or Team Members.
