Description:
· Responsible for assisting with the opening and/or closing of CDC area, auditing, change distribution, scheduling, Team Member motivation, and Team Member discipline.
· Maintain park change machines.
· Ensure daily tracking of audits, and issue proper disciplinary action for poor cash handling.
· Ensure all Games till bags are secured at all times.
· Perform CDC teller duties as needed.
· Compliance with and enforcement of SFNE Games cash over/short policies.
· Daily audits on area meter drops at all Race Games and ensure Team Leads are following proper drop procedures.
· Track all race game variance, discrepancies, and report any issues to the Loss Prevention department.
· Responsible for the on going training and development of CDC Team Members.
· Create and administer a break and rotation schedule for all CDC Team Members.
· Assists in Games when necessary.
· Supervise a staff of 5 to 10 Team Members on a daily basis.
· Must be able to work in a Team environment.
· Provide excellent Guest Service and resolve any Guest's questions or issues.
· Comply with all SFNE policies and procedures.
· Act as a liaison between Games and Loss Prevention.
· Attends Intern classes weekly and completes an assigned project by the end of the internship.
· Commitment to Games Department and SFNE Park standards.
· Enforce and adhere to Six Flags New England Wardrobe Policy and SFNE Appearance Standards.
· Work with cash registers and accompanying paperwork to track revenue.
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be at least 16 years old.
· High level of enthusiasm and involvement.
· Must be willing to talk on a microphone.
· Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests or Team Members.
