GENERAL SUMMARY: Conducts programs, supervises, and evaluates children and conducts daily age-appropriate activities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: ? Coordinates assigned program services and cooperative learning activities for members and visitors that are both fun and instructional. ? Supervises members in program area. Ensures safety of members, demonstrates positive values, and ethical behavior through quality in programs and appearance of the unit at all times. ? Promotes and stimulates program participation. ? Maintains accurate program attendance records and submits them in a timely manner. ? Maintains positive relationships with members, their parents and/or guardians and school staff. ? Displays a high level of enthusiasm and commitment for activities. ? Performs other related duties as assigned by management staff.

 

Minimum Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: ? College level Junior or Senior ? Effective communication skills, both written and oral ? Ability to deal with the general public in a professional, courteous manner ? Highly developed organizational skills
