Description:
Six Flags New England is dedicated to creating family fun and fond memories. The focus of the Traning Intern is to prepare our cast members for and exciting and fast-paced environment in the Hospitality field. This position will coordinate, instruct, and track the progress of all seasonal cast members. The Training and Development Intern will also be responsible for representing the parks core values and motivating the cast on a daily basis. This position will teach the intern how to be a motivational speaker, good organizational skills, and time management.

 

Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must have great communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally, electronically, and in writing. Must be proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to handle confidential information. Deadline to apply is 01/31/2007 or until position is filled.
