Summary:
This is a temporary intern position. This position is responsible for assisting with the production of print samples for customers. This internship position is a great opportunity to gain exposure to laser marking technology and the overall sales process. A goal of this internship is to identify potential candidates for future job openings at TRUMPF.
Principle Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The position invloves conducting application testing to produce quality print samples for customers. The individual will record and communicate results of testing to distributors and regional sales managers. There will be involvement with planning and the preparation of applications test (CAD drawings, fixtures, etc.)And participate and assist in customer demonstrations.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of laser technology preferred. Strong communication skills required (oral and written), as this position works directly with customers and distributors. Strong computer skills required, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office. Experience with CAD software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Current enrollment in a college program with a technical concentration is preferred.
