Operations & Production Intern

We are looking for an intern to assist our production, lab & shipping manager with operations needs. The position will have the individual working closely with the lab, production & shipping departments.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ad-hoc Reporting
  • Ordering & Reconciling Supplies as Needed
  • Updating Policy & Procedure Manuals for Shipping, Production, & Lab Departments
  • Recording & Analyzing Production Results
  • Researching Material Expense & Cost Reductions
  • Performing Clerical Work for Production Manager
  • Working in Production, Lab & Shipping Departments

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or Other Administrative Software Preferred
  • Pending Degree or Degree in Business Management Preferred (Not Required)
  • Relevant Experience & Background in Shipping & Receiving
  • Familiarity with Invoices & Receiving
