Description:
We're looking for one person to help us organize and manage our office and get an inventory of supplies needed to run out events. We also have the usual needs for filing, returning phone calls, sending out requested information, ordering supplies and managing requests from coordinators.
We will coordinate two events over the summer between June and September and each event will have over 100 shelter dogs up for adoption. Each event will require adminsitrative support before, during and after the events.
Manager position is 20 hours per week for the summer and will work out of our Essex office. Office manager will work directly with our CEO as well as volunteer teams.
Minimum Requirements:
IT person will need to understand website development as well as server administration and potentially be able to create a SQL based online solution for managing volunteers and rescues.
