Connecticut Association of Nonprofits (CT Nonprofits) is the largest membership organization in the state dedicated exclusively to nonprofits. Based in Hartford, we support our organizations though information and education; partnerships and collaborations; costs-savings benefits and advocacy.
CT Nonprofits is welcoming resumes for a student intern for any semester, and is currently looking for September 2010 through December 2010. The person selected will play an important role in supporting our marketing, membership and training efforts.
Coupled with innovative strategies, the opportunity will provide a student with the ability to experience many facets of association operation & management, communication, capacity building and membership initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
Marketing, Communication or Liberal Arts majors are preferred.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills
Strong research abilities
Confidence with computers and internet technology; experience with social media; database and web content (WYSIWYG) editors a plus.
