Description:
The Connecticut Economic Resource Center, Inc. is seeking an intern to assist with marketing, training and providing customer service related to CTSiteFinder.com, Connecticut's most comprehensive online database of available commercial property. Responsibilities include supporting the director of SiteFinder in working with businesses, brokers and site selectors looking for locations to relocate or expand, as well as municipalities submitting qualitative demographic data and/or property data. Potential tasks include updating the website, doing research, handling phone calls/emails, mailing/faxing and attending meetings. Position can be for credit and hours are flexible.
Minimum Requirements:
