Support Manufacturing Engineering with various projects on the shop floor including:

  1. PPAP – Production Part Approval Process (measurement of twisted tubes and TNTcoils)
  2. Data reduction and analysis – use statistical tools to reduce data
  3. Helium and trace gas testing – process review
  4. Coordinate prototype activities on the shop floor
  5.  Data collection including product measurements and time studies

Minimum Requirements:

Science background - strong math and physics; use of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Access; ability to interpret and read bluepring drawings; use of measurement tools including ruler, calipers and micrometers.
