Our Management Internship Program is a challenging and comprehensive introduction to how we operate our business at Aaron’s. The internship program is designed to immerse our interns in all aspects of store operations. As an intern, you will rotate through assignments in sales, deliveries and collections and participate in key management functions.
Not only is it a PAID internship, but interns may also be eligible for performance bonuses. And upon completion of the internship, with strong performance, you’ll be on the fast track to a general manager position with Aaron’s. Last year our top ten GMs earned an average of $154,000!!! Management compensation is based entirely on results as GMs earn 2.5% of store revenues and 16% of store profits.

We seek these same traits for our internship candidates. In addition, candidates for the Management Internship Program must have the following:
- Demonstrable leadership experience
- Valid Driver’s License and adequate transportation to work
- Ability to move 50 pounds 25 feet with use of a dolly
