Leadership is the cornerstone of any successful endeavor. But contrary to popular belief, leadership is a learned skill, and the First Investors Management Internship program can help you acquire it. During this 13-week program, you will learn to strategize, motivate, organize and inspire. As a First Investors Management Intern, you will work closely with the management team to learn the "ins and outs" of management. During the Management Internship, you will spend approximately 10 hours a week with management staff working on special projects and attending strategy meetings, sales debriefings, planning sessions and staff meetings. You will observe firsthand how to handle a myriad of typical business scenarios. You will be privy to business situations that only an internship focused on leadership development can offer. If you successfully complete the Management Internship, you may be offered the opportunity to begin a career as a financial services representative.
Minimum Requirements:
Juniors and Seniors preferred, but Sophomores will be considered
