MBA Intern – Otisline

Responsibilities:
Otis is looking for an innovative, creative MBA intern to support our call center, Otisline. The goal of this internship is to provide ways to improve Otisline’s efficiency through analysis of call data. The candidate will work closely with Otisline’s management team to identify potential areas of improvement and develop a concrete action plan. The end deliverable of the internship will be a presentation to Senior Management laying out results and final recommendations.
This opportunity will allow the candidate to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and across multiple departments.
This position will be located in Farmington, CT at Otis’ North and South American HQ. The position reports to the Senior Manager for Otisline
Minimum Requirements:
Experience/Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills, focus on results, and business savvy

Ability to interact and collaborate with management

Must be detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to deal with multiple changing priorities

Ability to analyze data and provide comprehensive reports is essential

Strong skills in Excel

Prior experience in a Co-op or internship role would be preferred

Ability to work independently on a given assignment/project
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred / currently pursuing MBA
