We are searching for interns who are enthusiastic, open-minded, high energy and have a positive attitude. Internship may lead into a permanent position with the company. Internship orrfers a wide array of exposure to technology and hands on training. OPT Candidates are Welcome.
Candidates must boast a positive attitude, be assertive, diligent, and pro-active.
• Network Administration, web development
• Assist staff in performing system backup and maintenance functions
• Assist in installation of PC hardware and software
• Assist in network and hardware troubleshooting
• Assist in performing preventative maintenance and upgrades/updates on servers
• Assist Network Engineer with current projects
• Perform special projects (TBD by Project Managers)
• Hardware maintenance and inventory management
• Network Monitoring
• Work on Web Development project(s),SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Assist in developing best practices documents.
Education:
• Candidate must possess a strong academic record with a concentration in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or experience in a related field.
Technical Skills:
• Candidate must possess proven analytical, interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Networking and/or programming knowledge base is required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office, power point, excel.
