Legrand | Ortronics, an entity of Legrand in North America, has an opportunity available for a Digital Marketing Coordinator in their New London, CT office. This high growth potential position supports the Corporate Director of Marketing Communications and the Divisional Marketing Team in managing the development of Legrand digital content. This individual will help identify and support digital marketing programs to drive website traffic, leads and sales for the division. This individual will also be counted on to analyze digital marketing efforts, identify opportunities for improvement and measure the effectiveness of site usability, content and online marketing vehicles. The successful candidate will need to keep up with the current evolution of online technology, have strong analytical skills, and have a drive for improvement to the business. Tasks: -Collaborates with marketing teams and creative agencies to develop and execute digital launches in the internet -Collaborates with marketing teams to plan and execute traffic driving initiatives (email marketing, display banner advertising, search engine marketing) -Responsible for daily oversight of regular updates to the Legrand site ensuring a best-in-class experience for site users -Develops, writes and edits a variety of online marketing messages and communication pieces -Manage reporting tools and oversee data analysis and conclusion/insight development

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, journalism or communications required. -Proficient in MS office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) -Working knowledge of Web site Analytics and Web site Conversion Metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL) -Excellent communication and presentation skills required -Must have strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities -A self starter, with the ability to thrive within a fast paced, dynamic environment -Must be highly organized, with a keen attention to detail -Must be able to work effectively across funtional groups -Must have strong analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives -Has a passion for digital media and devices, considers self an "early adopter" of digital trends
