Ensures documents meet customer specifications and adhere to standards for quality, format, and style. May also research, prepare and edit technical documents for publication. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Must have the ability to produce copy ready, professional quality publications and associated documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: College undergrad pursuing/possessing a degree in either information technology, computer science, engineering/applied technologies, business, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience. Skills & Abilities Requires strong cognitive and analytical skills with attention to detail along with equally strong written and oral communications skills to convey complex concepts, ideas and relationships to executive customers. Must be adept at acclimating to new interfaces and interacting with multiple web-based applications. Expert competencies in computer workstation operation and in the use of all MS Office applications. Initiative, motivation, creativity and strong interpersonal and organizational skills; Ability to work in a flexible, evolving organizational structure and develop strong relationships with all levels of employees internal and external to the contract;
