Vici Enterprise Solutions, LLC (VES) a women-owned small business headquartered in Boston, with offices in Salem, Medfield and Great Barrington, Massachusetts. VES is a Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) firm specializing in the integration of technology, talent and leading edge methodologies that offers businesses a reliable, high-quality avenue for human capital management services. VES is looking for human resources interns who are interested in electronic solutions and in learning the HR business from the ground up. Projects range from research, recruitment, sales calls, information gathering, and account representation to workshop design and implementation. Candidates are required to have some academic, administrative and/or general knowledge of human resources, excellent computer skills and the ability to work virtually using their own computer. Some assignments may be on a customer site as well. Headed by Patricia A. Brooks, SPHR and Marc Vici, COO, project locations could be in Medfield, Salem, or in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.
