About Us:
Adult Day Center ~ Medical Model. Member of The Connecticut Association of Adult Day Centers. Provide transportation to Middlesex County Residents as well as Meriden, Berlin, Wallingford. Activities offered throughout the day as well as snacks and a full lunch. Health monitoring provided by LPN's with RN Supervision. The Day Club offers respite to caregivers. Socialization and companionship to those who attend. The highlight of the facility is our large covered porch which offers opportunities for members to enjoy the outside safely!
