Springfield Area Council for Excellence (SPACE) was founded in 1992 as a non-profit, by a group of forward-thinking Pioneer Valley business leaders who saw continuous improvement as one of the critical tools for economic development in our region. SPACE has since become the premier voice for quality throughout the Pioneer Valley. SPACEâ?Ts mission is to help manufacturing and service organizations in our area succeed in their regional and worldwide marketplaces. We bring together organizations who are pursuing the path to excellence and serve as a catalyst for change by delivering continuous improvement knowledge and tools.
