WTNH-TV, also referred to as News Channel 8, is an ABC affiliate and owned by Lin Television Corporation. Our sister station which also operates in our building is WCTX-TV,channel 9, a My Network Television station.We broadcast a certain number of hours of news a day and our other initiatives involve our websites wtnh.com, myZone.tv, huskiesallaccess.com, connpolitics.tv, findyourcarwtnh.com, mobilewtnh.com.
Internships are available in 5 different departments including news, sports, marketing/community developement, marketing research/sales, and web marketing and production.
This is an excellent opportunity for students to see the day to day activites that take place at a television station and great for students interested in news, marketing, production, promotion, or sales.
