About Us:
Leeway is a multiservice non-profit organization dedicated to providing inpatient sub-acute medical care to persons with HIV/AIDS and supportive community housing for our clients at discharge or other persons living with HIV/AIDS. Leeway operates CT's first and only sub-acute facility soley dedicated to the care of persons living with HIV/AIDS. Our 40-bed skilled nursing facility offers intensive medical, nursing and behavioral health services in a nurturing, caring and positive environment. Leeway, in partnership with community housing developers, has brought on-line new models of specialized supportive housing units for persons with HIV/AIDS who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or whose independent living might be compromised by multiple co-existing disorders.
