John Shawn Productions, is the leader in theme park and special event photography. JSP is a nation wide company; we employ over 800 seasonal employees every year. We have contracted partnerships with companies such as Six Flags, Busch Gardens theme parks, The Basketball Hall of Fame, Yankee Candle, Radio City Music Hall and The Big Apple Circus. Our employees gain valuable experience applicable for all future careers. Management interns will learn the fundamentals of managing, including photography and sales training techniques, revenue reporting, productivity tracking and coaching, scheduling and motivational techniques. A typical day would involve interaction with thousands of tourists who will take and purchase photos. John Shawn Tawgin, who graduated with his MBA from UMASS, started the company in 1972 and was featured in a 1992 Forbes article. Our home office is based in Manasquan, NJ.
