About Us:
Harbor Health Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization providing a comprehensive range of community behavioral health services to adults. The Agency is designated by, and operates under a grant from, the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) as the Local Mental Health Authority for the towns of Branford, East Haven, Guilford, Madison, North Branford, and North Haven. The Agency is governed by a Board of Directors which is comprised of volunteers from the community. Harbor Health Services is proud to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
