About Us:
For over 100 years the focus of the Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) has been to help member companies cultivate a strong workforce. We do this by providing talent, training, and tools that result in effective personnel policies and an engaged, productive workforce. About 800 organizations throughout the Northeast are members of EANE. They range in size from start-ps to Fortune 1000 companies and reresent a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, health care, education, banking, retail, insurance and government. At EANE our highly skilled HR and business professionals are focused on our members success. We provide tactical and strategic information and guidance to members and non-members with our HR information, sample tools, forms and policies, bottom-line oriented training programs, survey data, and networking/collaboration opportunities. Internship opportunities may include human resource areas, legal research, marketing, promotion or public relations, development of training materials, database management and finance.
