DrugMax is a leading operator of specialty pharmacies. Our strategy focuses on putting professional pharmacies as near to the point of care between physician and patient as possible. Many of our pharmacies are located in medical office buildings, hospital and clinics. We specialize in the treatment of complex diseases and medical conditions such as cancer, diabetes and chronic pain.

We operate 84 pharmacies in 13 states, under the brand names Arrow Pharmacy and Nutrition Center and Familymeds Pharmacy.
DrugMax also operates a leading Internet pharmacy (www.familymeds.com), serving patients in all 50 states. Familymeds.com was built in 1999 and has won numerous awards for content and commerce (e Healthcare World, Yahoo! Internet Life Magazine). The site was recognized by Consumer Reports in October 2003 for having the best prices of prescription medications of any pharmacy in the country (online and offline).
DrugMax has made large strides in new business development througha number of key initiatives including Worksite Pharmacies providing benefits to employers and employees of a company. A Worksite Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy that operates at an employer's work site. The Worksite Pharmacy is accessible only to the host company's employees, retirees, and their immediate families. As a closed panel pharmacy serving a defined population, Worksite Pharmacy procurement costs are reduced, and the savings are passed on to the employer. This initiative is ready for growth and demands high attention to operational detail, as well as procurement of future locations through contact with eligible businesses around the United States.
Another new initiative is that of the Express Pharmacy Kiosk. This kiosk is placed at the point of care in Medical Office Buildings, Hospital discharge areas, worksites, and schools in order to provide a convenience for patients seeking quick access to an on-call pharmacy staff. The technology provides video conferencing with a pharmacy staff in order to quickly fill a prescription and deliver to the patient. The patient thus receives medication they need without having to wait at a pharmacy for a prescription to be filled.
KZen is another new initiative and opened its doors to the public in May of 2005. KZen features a unique mix of high-end natural cosmetics, beauty and skin care products, and nutritional supplements. KZen is a retail concept that seeks to provide health and beauty "inside and out". This model is charged for future growth and has received ample recognition.
