About Us:
Community Renewal Team, Inc. is a non-profit, Anti-poverty agency serving people and families throughout Greater Hartford and the state of Connecticut. CRT's Mission is, "Preparing our Community to Meet Life's Challenges", which is what we do by providing a variety of programs and services including but not limited to; Head Start Early Care and Education, Shelters and Supportive Housing, Energy and Weatherization, Alternative to Incarceration programs , Assisted Living and Behavioral Health services. CRT staff provide intense case management to help ensure that our customers receive the best possible support to help them reach self-sufficiency through our Steps-to-Success process.
