About Us:
Breakthrough Magnet School is a PK-Grade 8 interdistrict magnet school serving students from Hartford and 18 surrounding towns. The theme of the school is character education. Interns gain valuable experience working in classrooms with veteran teachers. They also attend all of the professional development with certified staff, plus additional trainings in classroom management, character education, literacy, mathematics and technology.
