About Us:
Avery Heights is a retirement continuum of care community located on 43 acres on Cedar Mountain in Hartford. Avery's campus includes independent housing, apartment living, nursing home facilities, intermediate care, adult day care, a rehab clinic and a health care center. It is situated on 43 acres and serves more than 450 individuals. Recreational components include a fitness center, walking trails, greenhouse, entertainment programs and a new pool which will open in the spring of 2008.
